Billing and Refund Policy

How SEO.OS top-ups, tokens, refunds and account deletion are handled.

Top-ups

Top-ups are charged in EUR. The fixed rate is 10 tokens for 1 EUR.

The checkout shows one final amount and the number of tokens credited after successful payment. Tax is included in the displayed price.

Report purchases

A full report costs 50 tokens. The amount is deducted from the internal balance only when the full report is unlocked.

If an audit cannot be completed, no report unlock charge is made for that failed attempt.

Refunds and account deletion

Refund and deletion requests are handled by support at support@seoos.org.

Approved refunds are returned through the original payment route when available. Account deletion removes access to the account and saved reports, subject to records retained for billing, security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
